Service description

PrivConvert provides free online file conversion and utility tools, including image, PDF, document, and developer tools. Files are processed in memory and are not stored.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content you don't have rights to
  • Attempt to exploit, attack, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use automated scripts to make bulk requests beyond the rate limit
  • Upload files exceeding the 250 MB size limit

No warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific conversion quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

PrivConvert shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

File ownership

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We claim no rights to your content. Since files are processed in memory and immediately deleted, we have no access to your files after conversion.

Rate limits

Free usage is limited to 30 conversions per hour. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain service quality for all users.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using PrivConvert, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Copyright and DMCA

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any file you upload. If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected]. Note that since we do not store files, we cannot remove previously converted content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the service operator.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
