CRM & ERP exports

Convert system exports without
handing over your customer data

Every file that leaves your CRM or ERP is sensitive by definition: customer lists, deals, invoices, salaries. PrivConvert converts all the common export formats entirely in memory, with nothing written to disk and nothing retained, so the data stays yours.

Why here

An export is not just a file

When a converter keeps your holiday photo for a few hours, that is a privacy preference. When it keeps your CRM export, that is your entire customer base sitting on infrastructure you do not control, often with a retention window and operational logs you never read about. For teams under GDPR, HIPAA or a customer DPA, that upload can itself be the breach.

PrivConvert was built for exactly these files: every conversion runs in volatile memory, nothing is written to disk, nothing is logged about the content, and the file is deleted the moment your download is delivered. The security page describes the full pipeline, and the API privacy guide covers the developer side, including asynchronous jobs where results wait encrypted for pickup, 30 minutes at most.

Running the same export every week?

The developer API automates this pipeline end to end: submit the export as an async job, receive a signed webhook when it finishes, download the result, done. Same zero-retention engine, built for schedules and scripts.

FAQ

Common questions

Why does it matter where I convert a CRM export?

Because of what is inside it. A CRM export is your customer list: names, emails, phone numbers, deal sizes. An ERP export adds invoices, salaries and supplier terms. Upload that to a converter that stores files, and your most sensitive business data now sits on someone else’s disk, under their retention policy. PrivConvert processes every file in memory and deletes it the moment your download is delivered. There is nothing to retain, leak or subpoena.

Do I need an account?

No. Every tool linked on this page works without sign-up, straight from the browser, free up to 250 MB per file.

We export the same report every week. Can this be automated?

Yes. The developer API runs the same in-memory pipeline with asynchronous jobs and signed webhooks: push the export in, get notified when the converted file is ready, download it, and it is deleted. See the API documentation for a working example.

My export format is not listed here. Do you support it?

Probably: there are more than 450 converters on the site covering documents, data, images, archives and more. If you are stuck with a format you cannot open, write to us and we will point you to the right tool or consider adding it.
