What is an API Package?
A one-time payment for a block of API conversions instead of a monthly subscription. The credits sit in your account for 2 years and you use them whenever you like, which suits a one-off migration or a project that runs for a few weeks. A monthly API plan is cheaper per conversion if you convert every month.
What counts as one credit?
One successfully converted file. Not minutes of processing, not megabytes, and no premium formats that quietly cost more. Failed conversions are never charged.
When do Pro and the API launch?
They are launching soon. Join the waitlist or request API access and we will email you the moment they go live - early users get launch pricing.
How is the API priced?
You choose the monthly volume on a slider, anywhere from 1,000 to 500,000 conversions, and the price follows it. A 5,000/month subscription is $25. You can also buy the credits outright with no subscription - see the API page.
Do my files stay private on paid plans?
Always. Free, Pro, and API all use the same privacy-first architecture: files are processed entirely in memory and deleted the moment the conversion completes. Nothing is ever written to disk.
