CRM & ERP exports / Salesforce
Convert Salesforce exports
without parking them on someone’s disk
Everything Salesforce lets you export, mapped to the right converter: report CSVs, the weekly Data Export ZIP, contact lists, logged emails. Each one is your business in a file, so every conversion here runs in memory and is deleted on delivery.
By export
What Salesforce gives you,
and what to do with it
Report exports
Any report exported with "Details Only" comes down as CSV; "Formatted Report" as an Excel file. The go-to way data leaves Salesforce.
The weekly Data Export ZIP
Setup’s Data Export Service delivers your whole org as a ZIP of CSV files, one per object. Unpack it, then convert the pieces you need.
Contact and lead lists
Contact exports arrive as CSV. Turn them into vCards your phone or mail client can import, or clean them up in Excel first.
Logged emails
Emails synced from Outlook or Exchange live as .msg or .eml files, or whole .pst archives. Convert them for a customer file, a dispute, or an audit.
Activities and events
Meeting and task exports convert cleanly between calendar and spreadsheet form.
Exporting on a schedule?
Wire the weekly export into the developer API: submit each file as an async job, get a signed webhook when the conversion finishes, download, and it is gone. Zero retention, built for scripts.
FAQ
Common questions
Is it safe to upload a Salesforce export here?
That question is the reason this page exists. A Salesforce export is your pipeline and your customer base, so it should never go to a converter that stores uploads. PrivConvert processes files entirely in memory: nothing is written to disk, nothing is retained, and the file is deleted the moment your download is delivered. The security page documents the full pipeline.
The weekly export ZIP is large. What is the size limit?
Free tools accept up to 250 MB per file. Extract the ZIP first, then convert the individual CSV files you need; each object export is usually far below the limit.
Can I automate converting the weekly export?
Yes. The developer API accepts the same conversions as asynchronous jobs with signed webhooks, so a scheduled script can push each export in and collect the converted result when notified. See the API documentation for a complete example.
Do you support other CRM systems?
The tools are format-based, so exports from HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive and others work the same way. Start from the CRM and ERP exports overview to find your file type.
